Cdesk Serious Gaming

Train communication and command structures in an ECC environment.

Training in decision-making and communication in the ECC

Cdesk Serious Gaming is used to train organizations in decision-making, the chain of command, and communication within the Event Control Center (ECC). In a simulated environment, participants establish various organizational structures and work through a range of scenarios. This reveals how information is received, shared, and assessed, and how communication channels function during safety operations. The training combines communication theory with practical simulations. Using the Serious Gaming deck, participants play through scenarios ranging from operational disruptions to security incidents. The focus is on collaboration within the ECC: who makes decisions, who informs whom, and via which channel. This immediately highlights bottlenecks in coordination and information usage.

Be better prepared for the operation

Cdesk Serious Gaming is used for education, training, and preparation programs, including in collaboration with educational institutions and event organizers. The result is a better-prepared team capable of acting more quickly and consistently, and with a better overview of the situation, during the event.
