Defqon.1 is one of the world's largest hard dance festivals, attracting visitors from dozens of countries each year. With multiple stages, an intensive program, and massive crowds, the event demands tight coordination, real-time insights, and maximum control over safety and crowd flow. Factors such as international visitors, peak times at main stages, and logistical challenges make centralized management essential.

Crowdcom supports Defqon.1 with a fully equipped Event Control Center (ECC) serving as the operation's central command hub. From the ECC, visitor counts, density data, and crowd flows are monitored in real time. Additionally, a CCTV operator and a Drone Liaison are deployed to provide visual context regarding crowd dynamics and incidents. By integrating camera surveillance, drone footage, and sensor data into a single shared operational picture, a solid foundation for decision-making is established.
